Hello,
Today we'll talk about the third episode of the second season of the anime series Rinne no Lagrange that starts to give us extra information about what are the implication of a full release of the Voxs powers.
Madoka managed to destroy a lot of mechas using just a little bit of that power and in a flashback we see an entire planet getting destroyed at once in a single strike by Yurikano using Midori.
I'm not sure about why she decided to destroy that planet, but I suppose she was either forced or tricked to do so by some external manipulator. She just doesn't look like a bad girl...

I'm also curious about what Yurikano's ghost was trying to say to Madoka when she said "I'm more than enough on this side". I speculate that activating a full "blooming" will make the pilot somehow merge with the machine permanently.
However, this information explain a lot about why everyone is so concerned about the Voxs knowledge. Having all three of them on your side is probably more than enough to win the war with ease.
At the same time, with such a massive firepower, it means that having all three of them on Earth's side is more than enough to assure that Earth won't be touched by any foreign fleet.
This scene was absolutely golden and shows us the incredible personality of Asteria. Faced in such a situation, how would you try to generate strong conflicting emotions in a teen girl without causing her a trauma?
Of course it's sexual harassment! Asteria understood their relationship very well by saying "Is it that fun between three girls?!". I would've loved an answer on the line "yes, it is" by the three girls, but well that's doujinshi material...
By the way, am I the only one wondering why Ran's brother didn't thought of that? I mean, the aliens have superior technology, but completely no common sense?!

He could've saved Ran a lot of pain by simply using another method, but it seems that he doesn't really care about her. He's too focused around his vendetta against Villagiulio...
I'm expecting that to be the focal point of the story in the future, because everything seems to imply that Villagiulio is somehow linked to Yurikano's demise.
Next episode will give us the first real meeting between Villagiulio and Ran's brother. I wonder if they'll give us some info on who is that Yurikano lookalike...

Concluding, Rinne no Lagrange continues to be an extremely entertaining anime series balancing comedy and plot development that I'll keep watching and blogging about in the future.
See you soon,
