Hello,
Today we'll talk about the fourth episode of the summer season 2012 anime series named Tari Tari that continues with slow developments to improve our knowledge of the main characters personality and backstory.
This episode was mostly focused on some backstory building for Wakana thanks to the informations given by the musical band "Condor Queen's". It seems that they knew her mother since before Wakana was born.
Wakana's mother (Mahiru) was a musical genius that managed to create, at a very young age, the main hit song of their group and somehow I feel that's there is a lot more to know about her...

This episode also explored a bit more in detail the relationship between Konatsu and Sawa showing us for the first time a "real" quarrel between the two girls.
Honestly, it was more like a lover's quarrel with a very prompt make-up scene, but somehow managed to give us a real outlook of what is the level of drama we can expect from this series.
Of course, I agree with Sawa because Konatsu's behaviour was childish and self-centered, but those personality traits are also part of Konatsu lovely charm! Don't you agree?
As you can see in this short video sequence, the producers of this anime series are definitely trying to kill us with extremely moè characters/situations.
How can we resist to Konatsu in this scene? She is extremely lovely even while sleeping, but seems to have a really untidy way of resting. What's up with that strange position?!
By the way, am I the only one thinking that Wakana is far cuter without that bad looking ponytail she usually have? I wonder if there is a possibility for her to switch permanently...

Judging from the episode preview, next episode will make us know more about Sawa's personality and her love for horses. Her "hobby" is definitely something original in an anime series.
However, I'm not sure if it'll be an episode entirely focused around that, because it seems that Wakana is slowly, but surely closing in to become a proper member of the choir club.
What exactly contained that letter written by her mother? What are the words that managed to change Wakana's mind so much?

Concluding, Tari Tari, while pursuing a slice of life approach, continues to be an extremely enjoyable series that I'll continue to watch and cover in the future as well.
See you soon,
