Hello,
Today we'll talk about the 11th episode of the spring season 2012 anime series Hyouka that concludes in a wonderful way the "movie mystery" arc revealing to us the real nature of Irisu.
Yes, the real revelation of this episode wasn't much the real movie content, but about Irisu's true personality that finally surfaced after being confronted with Houtarou's final deductions.
Well, in the end we get to know that she was just an horrible person. A spoiled brat that wants everything to work exactly as she thinks it should work and don't care about the feelings of other people.

Even considering the circumstances, am I the only one thinking that both Houtarou (what was that pale look when confronted by Satoshi?!) and the other members of the classics club raised up too much fuss about all this "search the truth behind the movie"?
I do understand somehow the "I don't share your view on the matter", but isn't all that big reaction something "abnormal" or somewhat unrealistic?!
Houtarou is just a normal high school guy trying to deduct something on his free time and well, he did fail for once. So what? Is failing once such a big problem?
Just as you can see in this short video scene, all our hopes for some jealousy showdown between Irisu and Eru are destroyed because Irisu isn't interested in Houtarou at all.
By the way, was I the only one that was happy to see Irisu getting owned by Houtarou's sister? Tomoe (her name) must be even more awesome in deductions compared to Houtarou!
I can't wait to see her appear in some future arcs, it should be interesting to see which relationship she'll have with Eru...*__*

Judging from the small preview segment, next episode seems to be back on light hearted content because they show us an extremely happy Eru Chitanda. Yes, even more happy than normally!
The theme seems to be the cultural festival of the school, so well we may get some of the traditional scenes they generally show us in such events. Haunted house? Maid Cafè?
To be honest, I would pay much just to see Mayaka in a cat ears maid costume. I'm sure she will fit perfectly in the role! *_*

Concluding, Hyouka is still proving to be an extremely interesting series that sometimes shifts far away from the "mystery" genre in order to tackle a little bit of drama.
I'll continue to watch and blog the future episodes as well!
See you soon,
