Hello,
Today we'll talk about the 9th episode of the spring season 2012 anime series named Hyouka that continues to deliver a fairly entertaining "mystery" story.
Do you have an idea about what is the "proper" outcome that the original scriptwriter was trying to convey in that movie? I'm still unsure about too many points and the "helpers" didn't help much.
I mean, the three guys just spewed random garbage promptly destroyed by Houtarou's guessings so we're back at square one with no real extra info.

Now that Fuyumi seems to be involved in this whole event by calling Houtarou separately, I wonder if the story won't be a real mystery, but a joke of some sort.
I mean, I hope they won't go out and tell us "hey, we were unsure about how to write the ending so we decided to use you to write it for us. Great job Houtarou!".
Most of these events looks unnatural in my eyes, what exactly happened to the original scriptwriter? I think that is the key to resolve the mystery.
Oh please, Eru stop being so cute or I'll be forced to take you home together with Mayaka! As a drunkard, Eru's personality was still the same, only a lot "powered up" emotionally by the drunk status.
It's hilarious to think that Eru was able to get drunk by simply eating those few sweets. I mean, they only contains a very small quantity that shouldn't make people drunk...:P
I would've loved to see a FULL "Kininarimasu" scene in drunk mode, but I suppose we have to settle down with the sparkling eyes before falling asleep.

The preview segment is showing an extremely flustered Mayaka. That makes me wonder if we're going to get some jealousy scene from Eru...
Try to think about it, Houtarou and Fuyumi drinking tea together in a random shop and suddenly Eru appears from nowhere trying to take Houtarou back!
Ok, maybe I'm dreaming too much, but I do think that this would likely make an awesome comedy scene.

Concluding, Hyouka is back with a multi-episode mystery arc and even if I'm a bit wary of the possible ending I'm going to stick with it till the end!
See you soon,
