Hello,
Today we'll talk about the sixth episode of the winter season 2011/2012 anime series Inu X Boku SS that surprised me with an extremely well written episode focused on Karuta Roromiya that surpassed by far even the already great previous episodes.
I was blown away by how they managed in one single episode to create the personality of Karuta (quite neglected in the previous episodes) and making everyone fall in love with her extreme cuteness.
I mean, even if she is a big scary and powerful skeleton as real youkai form nobody can deny that she is lovely while human... (after all they are only partially youkai right?!)

The episode is a very simple one following the life of Ririchiyo (our heroine) at school while she discover the behaviour and real personality of her slightly strange classmate Karuta Roromiya.
The comedy was pretty interesting and managed to keep the jokes fresh through the episode. I especially liked when Karuta started acting serious when cooking food was involved. She is a master of cooking it seems!
We even had a nice battle scene for Ririchiyo and Watanuki, I really like Ririchiyo's outfit when she transform in youkai form. She's so hot! :D
This scene was so wonderful on so many levels! Well, if there is paradise somewhere in this world it must be something extremely similar to this scene between our two heroines.
I liked how Ririchiyo was blushing to the "I like you" from Karuta and how Karuta saw through the facade of Ririchiyo. Karuta may well become the first real friend for her.
By the way, the yuri potential of these two girls together is so high that I am not sure that I would be able to resist alive after watching a yuri doujin based over them....

Next episode (judging from the preview) continue with the light-hearted comedy and gives back the spotlight to our main heroine Ririchiyo Shirakiin and her love troubles with Miketsukami.
I heard by random guys over the net that this series is going to be more dark in the future, but being the next episode the 7th I'm starting to doubt this is ever going to happen in this anime adaptation.
I'm still waiting for the mangas to reach my house (waiting for two volumes that were unavailable), so I suppose I'll know more about it as soon as I manage to read them later this month...

Concluding, Inu X Boku SS is proving itself to be one of the best series of this winter season 2011/2012. I'm extremely looking forward to watch and blog about the future episodes.
See you soon,
