Hello everyone,
Today we'll talk about the fourth episode of the romance/comedy anime series of this winter season 2011/2012 named Ano Natsu de Matteru that continues to entertain us with simple comedy based on misunderstandings between the two main characters.
This episode also marks the end of the prologue and the beginning of the real story, well that's what seems from the ending moments of this episode. I wonder how much drama we are going to get in the following episodes, I hope not too much...:(
It was definitely amusing to see how much Ichika has become jealous of our protagonist in such a short time, but giving that the story must be completed within the summer I think it's a reasonable trade-off.

This episode continues right after the other showing us the normal school life of the two protagonists soon after the declaration of love Ichika received. (It was hilarious watching Ichika running to the train without saying a word)
It was quite interesting that both of them had delusions (or should we call them daydreams?!) trying to figure out a way to fix their relationship, but both of them were quite off the mark in terms of understanding the other side's feelings at the moment.
The only one who seem to know everything about the situation is Remon who continues to tease Ichika on every occasion. I wonder if she is an alien as well...:P
This was a really entertaining scene of jealousy by Ichika based on one of the most classic misunderstandings! I have to agree that the conduct of Tetsurou's sister was quite doubtful, but probably Ichika exaggerated a bit.
I mean, the poor Rinon risked his life hard this time around. Ichika was about to eat him for dinner if he didn't teleport her correctly...:P
By the way, I really don't know what to think about Ichika's true identity, especially when she said "I have to go away sooner or later" leading me to think that she have other responsibilities on her own home planet. (Maybe she's a princess?! :O)

I have to say that the ending song (named "Vidro Moyō" sung by Nagi Yanagi) is really wonderful and the more I listen to it, the more I want to get the full single CD as soon as it is released. Why is 29 February so far away?! ç_ç
Next episode seems to start resolving some of the overlaying issue around the relationships between the characters. The first one to go seems to be Kanna that is shown crying in the preview. Why? I'm expecting her to be refused by our protagonist.
What I'm not sure about is what will happen with Tetsurou, especially because Mio looks a lot better as a romantic partner for him. Kanna is the only one who really doesn't have any chance to win anything in this series...:(

Concluding, I'm still very happy about the progression of Ano Natsu de Matteru and I'm quite eager to know what will happen in the next episode. (Just a bit sad that Kanna has to cry...:()
See you soon,
