Yes, we're finally here to celebrate the first anniversary since the creation of this blog. I'm still fairly young compared to many other bloggers around the world, but I really enjoyed the ride in this whole year every day together with all of you.
I remember it like it was yesterday. One year ago, the 22 January 2011 I called Micchi on MSN and told him something like "hey, I'm going to create a wallpaper blog just for the heck of it as I rented a server for other reasons", but I would have never thought to be still here to write after one full year.
In this long year we had well 518 blog posts (1,42 per day) in which I wrote more than 3.000.000 characters overally (including my own comments) and shared with you 2944 different wallpapers. We also discussed together about many short videos (146 at the moment) on the many anime series that we love and follow.
Piece by piece, months by months the blog increased the number of functionalities offered to the reader. Screenshots and short audio files (2038 screenshots with 361 audio files at the moment), covers of the manga I follow (291 images), live statistics and much more!
It was a long year with many visitors (350.516 till now) and many pages viewed (1.179.453 till now). We also had many heated discussions together spawning over thousands of comments (8597 at the moment) counting more than 1.800.000 characters in total.
I am really grateful to each and everyone of you, who come here to read the random ramblings I post everyday. I hope to be still here next year to celebrate another year together talking about our passion for the anime and visual novels world!
