Hello everyone,
Let's go and talk about the third episode of the anime series Nisemonogatari that reminded me with this episode about the real reasons (apart from the many girls of course) for which I liked the original Bakemonogatari so much.
Yes, I'm talking about the protagonist of the two stories named Koyomi Araragi, a "normal" high school boy, that is, personality wise, the exact opposite of Shu from Guilty Crown!
A funny and patient man, who can man up in the time of need, especially if the people he loves are in danger. I was really is awe in the final scene of this episode when he read the "save me" coming from his sister.

This episode is almost entirely focused around Senjogahara Hitagi personality's introduction and link up with the initial scene (Araragi locked up in a classroom) we saw in the first episode.
It was nice to see again the full extent of Senjogahara's personality and I'm starting to think that pretty much all the characters of Bakemonogatari will have some kind of influence in the stories of the two sisters.
At the moment being, the only character missing from the story is Shinobu, but she will probably be introduced soon in one of the following episodes. Maybe she can give some kind of help to Araragi in terms of powers.
This, this is what a true man should do in the time of need! Not covering yourself in angst while crying and trying to ignore the problem like Shu would have certainly done!
By the way, I see that Koyomi has still much of the power of a vampire (in order to break all these chains), but I wonder if it will disappear like Kanbaru's hand sooner or later with time...
I'm not sure about what his little sister need to be saved from to be honest, but I'm starting to think that everything is connected. Yes, even that creepy guy in front of Kanbaru's house.

Next episode will focus on the re-introduction of Hanekawa (she was the one making the last call) and will likely tell us why Koyomi's sister was asking for help so earnestly. This will probably lead up to the arc dedicated to the first of the "fire sisters".
To be honest, I'm thinking it should be something really complex and dangerous, because they really don't look the kind of girls that like to ask help to others if they can fix the issue themselves...
Hopefully from the next episode onward, the two sisters will get additional screentime as the protagonist of Nisemonogatari. They were quite neglected in these three episodes after all...

Concluding, Nisemonogatari is proving itself to be the best anime series of this winter season 2011/2012 till this point and I'm extremely eager to watch and blog about the future episodes as well.
See you soon,

P.S. Hanekawa is actually quite scary if she's able to make Senjogahara say "sorry"...:P
