Hello everyone,
Here we are to talk about the 10th episode of the anime series Guilty Crown, that finally with this episode marks the start of the real plot of the story and the final arc of this first half of the series!
I'm expecting big changes from the end of this first half and all my bets are on Gai dying leaving Shu to guide the rebels toward victory.
While this is a clichè development, it's at the same time a necessary one because Gai is the biggest obstacle to Shu's growth (together with the completely pathetic Shu personality of course)

The episode start off showing us a terribly depressed Shu who is scared of extracting the void out of Inori and makes one of Gai's plan fail putting the rebels life at risk.
Here is where Hare personality shines trying to comfort and keep Shu's personality afloat. Unfortunately for us, Shu has a really annoying personality and end up going nuts after touching any human being (even cute girls!)...
I can understand the shock of having "killed" another "human being" (both things are debatable), but hey try to get hold of yourself man! :|
This! Hare becomes my final favourite character after this scene! Someone need to punch some sense into Shu and it seems Hare will be the girl to do it!
He was trying to use Hare as a "replacement" for Inori and that's the most despicable thing he could do in that moment. Just forget about that clone already if you want to go back to your normal life!
If you want to keep living the "rebel" life just pick up your weapon and go fight ok?! PLEASE STOP WHINING FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!

Ok, ranting aside the episode gives us a lot of interesting developments. We now know that Gai and Shu knew themselves from the childhood and that Inori is a clone of the girl they knew from many years ago.
This girl has gone berserk during the Lost Christmas incident and is strickly linked with the stone shown in this episode as they say that "she is going to wake up now".
We also know that the whole Lost Christmas incident may be something artificially created by a foreign power to get control of Japan (or maybe it was simply an "experiment" done to test some alien technology)
Ah, Haruka (and probably Shu's father as well) is implicated with all these happenings and was hiding everything from Shu...

Concluding, Guilty Crown has picked up the pace again and is starting to get interesting developments.
I just hope Shu will improve his personality soon, I don't know how much more whining I can bear...:P
See you soon,
