Hello everyone,
Today we'll talk about the 10th episode of the action anime series of this fall season named Fate/Zero that continues to shine thanks to the temporary re-introduction of the young Rin in the main cast.
This could probably be the best episode to date of this series for me, but please be warned that I'm an hardcore Rin fan so my judgement may be "a bit" biased. :D
We also get a new appearance of both Kariya and Ryuunosuke confirming us that the first is always ready to kill Tohsaka and the second is still alive together with Caster...

The episode follows the life of Rin after the grail war forced her to go outside of the city leaving his father alone. We also get a nice glimpse of Tokiomi's role as a father to Rin and I have to say that he is really a good father figure.
Soon after Rin discover that her best friend has been kidnapped by someone (Caster), she goes out in the middle of the night in order to save her using only the magical compass gifted by his father.
After a bit of search she find Ryuunosuke with various childs and decide to pursue him right in his lair where she hope to find her friend...
Oh yes my dear Ryuunosuke, you are nothing in front of a super angry loli Rin. She is, after all, the child of the most powerful lineage of mages in Fuyuki City! (especially as the Matou family descendants have little to none magical circuits)
I really liked this scene in which the inept Ryuunosuke (totally extraneous to magic) is faced with the raw power of Rin (a true adept of magic with affinity to all five elements).
Fortunately Caster wasn't around otherwise the story would have been a lot more grim for our heroine as shown at the very end of the episode...

Judging from the voices in the preview next episode seems to be focused around Rider, Saber and Lancer. I wonder if we'll finally see Rider fighting against another proper servant this time around...
At this point of the series we have a rather interesting situation in which Kirei and Assassin are spying on Rider and Berserker, Saber is trying to kill Caster, Kiritsugu is trying to kill Kayneth while Tokiomi is drinking wine and walking in circles.
What could happen now? We'll we get a proper ending for the Caster arc in these few remaining episodes of this first season?

Concluding, this series is proving to be extremely entertaining and I'm really eager to watch and blog about the future episodes!
See you soon,
