Hello everyone,
Here we are to talk about the fourth episode of the fall season 2011 anime series named Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon that is back to the great action that captivated us in the first episode.
Yes, apart from the really prominent fanservice that is always present in this series (Tomo Asama is so damn hot), in this episode we return to get some great action thanks to an army of robotic maids!
On the story side, unfortunately, we don't get much new information and we continue to be completely disoriented to the massive quantity of selective infodump they do every episode on us.

This episode go a little away from the protagonist army to switch and talk about the inner-politics at the moment unfolding in the land of Musashi with different factions appearing and trying to pursue their own interest.
It isn't exactly clear what's the purpose of this whole act of rebellion done by the maid army, but if the leader smile is something to base our opinions on, its not going to be something positive. He had a really evil grin in the few shots he got in these episodes.
I really can't read much in his intentions with these little informations we got till now...It seems almost they're trying to hide the info from us to confuse our mind even more.
Yes, this is what a common maid is capable of. Please remember to be careful whenever you're around them, because they may revolt on you at any time! :P
Joking aside, the battle animation was greatly done and it confirms the big budget Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon got in his animation production.
I wonder if they'll be able to keep it up for the whole duration of the series, especially considering that the future episodes will likely be more action packed than before...

What now? Well, next episode will likely focus on two important points of the storyline that are the basis for the story to develop on.
First of all next episode we'll have the battle between the purple-hair-gigantic-oppai girl + blonde-random-male-hero against Futayo Honda that is the field leader of the maid revolt that will likely end up with the latter death. The real question here is, what will happen to the revolt after his downfall?
Then we have the assembling of the Tori Aoi's bishoujo army and the start of their journey!
What will be their purpose? Save the world? Reclaim the land of their fathers? Or maybe Tori Aoi just want to touch the rack of all the girls of the world?!

Concluding, while the series continues to remain cryptic at best, I have great faith in Sunrise for this production and I hope they'll be able to entertain us!
See you soon,
