Hello everyone,
Let's go talk again about the top fanservice series of this month named Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai that with this third episode introduced the wonderful Vampire Queen Kobato and gave us our fair share of Sena goodness.
I'm liking the direction that this show is taking, by reproducing carefully all the scenes I was used to see in the manga and adding on the top that fair bit of fanservice (especially of Sena) that just isn't bad to see!
This third episode is focused on the Sena (her lessons of swimming and her newfound passion for VN) and partly on the introduction of Kodaka's sister and cute loli vampire queen Kobato!

I was really amused to see that embarassing scene of Sena trying to read the VN H Scene like it was some kind of artistic reading. Kanae Itou has really done a nice job portraying her frustration and shame while reading.
It was also nice to see how Sena is slowing, but surely ending up to rely on Kodaka and treating him as a friend. It was also nice to see the "Kodaka scold Sena" scene that basically marks the start of Sena "infatuation" for Kodaka.
On Kobato's side we get our share of loli action voiced by Kana Hanazawa and we get to see the really heartwarming atmosphere between brother and sister. He was not fazed at all by watching her run naked into him and that's a nice thing compared to the normal type of protagonist we get!

On Yozora's side we get to know the past of her with Kodaka and the very fact they declared their friendship right from their childhood. Yozora sure looked like a tomboyish girl right from her childhood. :P
I am not sure how the story will continue after the introduction of the maid-stalker, but I suppose and predict that Sena is a childhood friend of Kodaka as well.
That would put both girls at the same level in the quest to conquer Kodaka's heart while I'm not sure what role the other girls will have in this final battle between the power of good (Sena) and evil (Yozora).
Ok, this is what I mean by "fanservice through appropriate camera positioning". They managed to make a normal talk scene between two friends in a showcase for the beauty of Sena!
You can notice this trend in all episodes and for all the female characters. I just wonder if my heart will keep up when we'll have 6 girls to watch at the same time...

I am really positive about this series that is continuing to improve with each passing episode and I look forward to the future episodes as well.
I wonder when Kobato will enter the club as well...(I need some Sena X Kobato action...:P)
See you soon,
