Hello everyone,
Today we'll complete the coverage of the "mistery" anime series Kamisama no Memo Chou talking about the last 12th episode that concludes the Angel Fix arc and give us the happy end we were expecting and looking forward to.
This series has been a tough ride with plenty of annoying characters, trademark lines and boring stories all over the place. The only thing keeping this whole story together was the pair Alice and Ayaka. Without them most of us would have dropped this series for sure.

In the 12th episode we get to the meat of the Angel Fix arc with our characters trying to find a way to identify the location of the evil genius guy producing this drug or at least one of the sellers to get more information out of him.
The search is not easy, but after a deduction (more like plot powers) from Narumi we get to know that to find the sellers you have to take the same drug. Narumi volunteer and after taking one pill he goes in the city to find the "angel" that will sell him more of that stuff.
They find him and tail him to see where the mastermind was hidden. I was sincerely expecting more resistance from the enemy, but it turns out they self-destructed even before the NEET brigate arrived.

Talking about NEET...The final speech of Alice talking about how "being a NEET" is a WAY OF LIVING ( 生き様 ) was downright idiotic. I honestly thought of punching my monitor in that moment, but in order to avoid unnecessary expenses I restrained myself.
We got a nice ending of arc with an interesting storyline and you ruin everything with your crappy neet talk again?! I can't think about how better the series could have been if they removed the NEET concept and changed the characters accordingly...
But in the end, at least, we got our cheerful scene with Ayaka recovering from the coma.
Yes, this final scene (while somehow a bit cheesy) was the treat for all of guys like me that were cheering for Ayaka's recovery.
As you know, Ayaka is my favourite character of this series with her energetic personality and great voice. (She's voiced by Ai Kayano that is the same seiyuu as Inori Yuzuriha from the upcoming Guilty Crown and Menma from AnoHana)
Also, It would have been too sad to see her die while Yondaime runs around like nothing happened after that incident in his arc...

Kami-sama no Memo Chou has been a difficult series to follow, a series that mixed great storytelling, nice animation and good voice-acting with downright idiotic stories.
It was frustrating to see all that potential go in this way and I honestly not suggest this series to anyone. (unless they have extra time and are looking for some cute Alice action)
See you soon,
