Hello everyone,
Today we'll complete the coverage of the comedy yuri anime series Yuruyuri that completed its run with a grand finale filled of funny yuri moments with all the girls in this big cast. Yes, all the characters got some screentime, even the teacher and the president of the student council!
This series has followed the open-ended approach to end leaving us with plenty of material/characters to explore in a possible second series! We're still missing to see who is Akari's sister for example! (We don't know much of her, other than she's pretty stalkerish...)

The 12th episode revolve around the amusement club school camp that our four girls are organizing and in which the student council members are all invited. (with the addition of Chitose's sister and the science teacher)
As you can expect, the hilarity ensues as soon as the two teams meet with plenty of rather successfull jokes like Akari being able to win in a game of Othello (her hand touch is able to delete the existence of everything, even the pieces of that game), or Yui trying to read too much into Kyouko's imitations and ending up losing the game...
...but the real focus is this! Ayano and Kyouko taking a bath together. Ah, I was hoping for such a scene, but wasn't expecting for it to be really adapted straight in the finale! It was also funny to see that Chitose is able to notice the "questionable" situations from a distance. (does she have a radar or what?)
In this episode of Yuruyuri we also get to know the second personality of Chitose! What is her second personality? This is a special personality, it gets activated only after she eat a chocolate and transform her into the final yuri girl with unwavering will and power to kiss any other girl in range! (I loved how Kyouko just accepted her :D)

Yuruyuri has been a great series to follow in this summer season, with its combination of yuri delusions (pretty much only from Chitose unfortunately), comedy and Kyouko energetic behaviour (she's my favourite character!) managed to charm me into wanting more and more.
The format is something done by many other series in the past, but the chemistry that links all the characters together is really what makes this series stand out from the rest!
I really hope they'll decide to give Yuruyuri another season adaptation as soon as enough material is available in the original work. (Or they'll force me to buy this manga as well...:P)

This has been a really funny series that I suggest to anyone looking for some wacky funny yuri moments together with these girls.
See you soon,
