Hello everyone,
Today we'll likely talk for the last time (unless something incredible happen) about the fanservice/action summer anime series named Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi that with a rather prevedible resolution put an end to its final story arc.
There is only a fanservice episode remaining to air next week that while interesting to watch isn't really something to talk about in a full blog post.
Let's go back to the 10th episode where the tension started to grow up when both Saitohimea and Haruka get kidnapped in a way or another by the spell breakers hired by the church. The military do the best in their power to obstruct the way for our heroes to save the girls with Firiel Yuuichi Kurosu being as hateful as ever toward Gekkou.

In the 11th episode the tension continue to grow up filling us of angst when Taito is continously being punched to death by the "enemies" multiple times without being able to do anything to fight back (as usual our protagonist is useless).
The situation is grim and everything seems to point to a bad end, but when Hinata (Gekkou's brother) appears in the battle between Gekkou and Firiel Yuuichi Kurosu I quickly understood that the happy end was clearly near.

Hinata with some brotherly love tell Gekkou that Taito is waiting for him and kills Firiel Yuuichi Kurosu once with extreme easy, telling him to cut it off as he doesn't have any chance to win against his power! (Jun Fukuyama is as great as ever as voice actor)
Taito, even if fighting with all his power, is in the end defeated! Soon after Gekkou is ready to fight against the spell-breakers, but in that instant Saitohimea breaks free of the spell filled by as much angry as she can possibly get (especially after what they've done to Taito).
Her eyes were plain and simply EVIL (see video just up this text, but be careful as its, most likely, a spoiler ), I can understand the feelings of the spell breakers just resigning to death to the superiority of angry Saitohimea at full power.
For a split second I was not anymore sure who was the evil guy and who the good guy after she started to pull out that massive meteor and they started to call each other in a tearful final scene. :P

While the series didn't sport the most original storyline I enjoyed watching the series and I sure hope for a continuation in the future as there are still many plot threads to complete. (I'll probably buy the manga as soon as it becomes available again in bk1)
I suggest this series to anyone looking for a light action story with plenty of beautiful girls in it, but please note that the fanservice is rampant (but never really disgusting), so if you can't bear low angle shot every now and then, steer away from this series.
See you soon,
