Hello everyone,
Here we are for another of our usual loot-post (the last one was at the end of May) regarding the shipment of manga I get from Japan every around two months or so except when I have some urgent updates to get. (Like with the 10 volumes order in april)

This time I got 24 volumes divided into 9 series that we'll talk about in this post. Two series are just update of old series that I already talked about in the past and that I own many other volumes of, the other seven are entirely new picks that I'm looking forward to read.

First of all, let's analyze the update series. First of all we have the fourth volume of Countrouble, the romantic comedy that I'm quite fond of talking about a little mage girl trying with her "count" magic to make our protagonist go out with a girl! (Obviously failing countless times)
Then we have the third volume of Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka. This manga series is still quite behind compared to the anime, but I'm hoping they'll be able to catch them up by the time the second season will air. (Ah, by the way the art level of this manga is incredible)

Another nice pick of this shipment is the manga version of Boku Ga Tomodachi ga Suku Nai, an original Light novel series that probably everybody already heard of and that is going to have an anime adaptation soon. The artwork quality doesn't look anything special in both covers and real manga, but if the story is half as good as they say it will be an enjoyable read!

Moving on with the little series (at least by volume count till now) here we are to talk about two other series. First of all we have To Love Ru Darkness! This was clearly a must-buy for me as I loved the original series and I'm really looking forward to see the updated art after the switch between magazines for the monthly publication. (this one is a more lenient one, so we'll be able to see a lot more fanservice than before!)
Then we have Kami-sama no Memo Chou. Impressed with the anime series quality and interested in knowing more about our lovely Alice-chan I decided to buy this series that is still at the first volume. I'm quite happy with the graphical design of this one, all the characters including our protagonist looks a lot more cute here!

Finally after many thoughts, I decided to pick up the Red Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica manga named "Cardinal Crimson" and revolving around my favourite character Corticarte Apa Langranges. This is by far the best drawed manga in my collection together with Ichiban Ushiro no Dai Maou. (but with a more decent release schedule compared to the 10 months of Ichiban Ushiro no Dai Maou)
I'm really looking forward to read the new stories presented in this adaptation focused around this fantasy world. Yes, the stories here do not match completely with the anime so it should be a rather new and interesting experience.

Here I am with my guilty buy of this shipment. Interested with the particular design of this manga series here I am with the manga edition of Mayo Chiki, another of the summer season 2011 anime series I'm following and that we talked again in the past on this blog.
I'll be honest and say that I'm not expecting much from this, but if the fanservice/comedy is as good as the anime it will be a worthwhile experience! (The characters sure looks young in the manga...)

This has been a want-to-buy-but-its-low-in-priority series for quite some time and finally this time I got around to pick it up. Baka Test To Shoukanjuu has been for me one of the most enjoyable series in terms of comedy and I hope they'll keep the same humor in the manga as well.
I'm rather intrigued by the new type of design for the girls, especially Shouko's one looks even more hot than the already incredible anime version! Watching second season and reading this at the same time will be a fun experiment to see what are the differences between the adaptations!

And in the end we have Softenni, I liked a lot the anime adaptation and decided to give the original material a shot especially given that the anime ended up without giving any sense of closure.
I'm loving Elizabeth's look from the manga and I'm really interested in how the triangle relationship with the teacher! From the looks of it there is plenty of new material in the books so we still have hope for a new anime adaptation in the future!

This is all for this loot post! The next loot post will be at the beginning of october 2011 so there is plenty of time to think about what series to pick up this time...if you have any suggestion tell me!
See you tomorrow for our usual daily post!
