Hello everyone,
I'll be honest straight from the start of this "C : The Money of Soul and Possibility Control" post dedicated to the 10th episode to avoid misunderstandings.
Yes, I'm loving more and more Masakaki personality and after this episode he officially entered my "evil character that I like" list! I mean who can simply hate a so "honest" character that makes no secret that he wants your future, and not only yours, but also that of the ones near you!
This episode was quite fast in pace with plenty of battles of top shounen-quality with chants that while they did sound quite childish to me like "Micro-Macro-Mezzo Flashion!" (or something like that) they do managed to make the battles interesting enough to keep watching...
...and no, please don't remember me that the cool beauty Q can become in that way if she gets angry. I'm more scared of having nightmares today with the cannibal Q than yesterday with the Steins Gate's doll.
From the side of the story progression looks like its going finally to a death match between Mikuni and our Hero with the battle between likely the old Mikuni (our hero) and the present cold Mikuni. Yes, because as shown in this episode our protagonist does remember how Mikuni was in his past.
What to say about the Deus Ex Masakaki? Well, I lol'd really hard at his trolling of Mikuni by changing the color of the card of our hero to allow the battle to occur. That crazy madman smile he have is incredible!
But aren't they forgetting something? How they're going to save the future Mikuni has "spent"? Hanabi from the last episode is completely left alone and all the drama seems downplayed compared to earlier episodes.
I seriously hope they do have some nice twist because being at the last episode I don't really know how they're going to complete this series while closing up all the mini story-threads leaved here and there during the story. (I'm still hoping for an Hanabi happy ending with our protagonist...)
Well, we can't do much else than wait for the next episode hoping they'll be able to pull out a great ending for our characters (Masakaki included)
