Hello everyone,
Here we are for another post about the anime series Steins Gate after the last episode which while moved almost nothing in the real plotline was one of the funniest of the series with many new "revelations".
First of all we have the final confirmation of the most important thing in this series that is Ruka's gender. Yes, while she is not as good as Kurisu she's now officially a girl! After all that teasing with the trap stuff they delight us with this transformation even if honestly I can't see how sending a message in the past can change a person from male to female.

Second point to Mayuri Shiina that is gaining a lot of points after her ingenue and cute, but Konata-like line "Flat is justice" that is also the title of this post. She's shining for her personality, but also for the incredible work done by Kana Hanazawa with her voice role that is really capable of melting the heart of anything human. (I, anyway, miss the Nadeko's days...)
If I have to say one bad thing about this episode would be the fact that Shiina's trademark line was missing. Yes, that extremely cute "tuturu~" that is unfortunately missing from a couple of episode as far as I can remember.

The main question at this point of the series are two for me. (I have not read the VN and don't want to spoil myself so I'll just go with pure speculations at this point)
The first is, if Kyouma is jumping timelines from when he was a kid then who is the one making these timelines jump?! Is it really the CERN? To be honest, I'm more leaning around Mayuri's past to explain these events. Maybe she is the real reason behind all these happenings?
The second is regarding the identity of the warrior time traveler John/Barrel Titor that is supposed to be the father of Suzuha Amane. Who is he? Why he skipped that meeting?!

From the story standpoint, I'm still not expecting anything groundbreaking as we're at less than half series aired and the climax will likely start to build around the last 6 episodes from episode 18, but as long as they treat us with all these good moments I can't really complain.
On the production side of this series, the graphical quality is maintaining very high levels of quality and overally speaking I'm liking the design of each and every character in the series. Yes, after ten episodes I noticed that I completely melded with the eye design that at the start of the series was giving me bad feelings. It was in the end just question of time! (Even if watching the VN's graphics, I still prefer the anime style)

That's all for this week as well...Why it isn't wednesday already?!
See you soon,
