Hello everyone,
Yes, the happy news has been announced (first saw it on Moetron the other day and I was euphoric for half day), we are going to have another Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka anime season soonish tentatively called "Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka? Jigokuhen" that will continue the adventures of our lovely characters and maybe will give more closure to this series.
The first season was quite lacking in story details, so hopefully we'll get more knowledge in this second adaptation!
Many of you may be somewhat unaffected by this news, as there was quite a big number of bloggers bashing this series, but I was quite excited to know we'll get more of my Haruna and more of my Maelstrom!
Yes, because this series as you can remember was highly focused by its own unique characters that managed with their charm to make an otherwise meh story interesting. Kudos to Ayumu as well for his own great personality well distinct from the endless mass of harem leads.
From what I read around in this new season we'll get more and more screentime of Sarasvati (she's quite cute as character design) and I'm interested in how the story will meld up after the King of the Night death.
I'm supposing they'll focus on the magic world problem related to Haruna and especially the backstory around Ariel. That woman is downright creepy, there is something definitely bad behind her so I'm thinking she'll may be the next enemy!
Another important news is present for those who like me are following the manga as well, the third volume of this manga series is due July, making this series officially a 6 month frequency manga series as the second volume was released in January 2011.
Finally a series with a relatively fast serialization speed as there are some of them with one volume every year and as you may understand the wait is very heavy to bear like with Ichiban Ushiro no Dai Maou!
