Hello everyone,
Here we are to talk yet another time (this is hopefully the last post of the catch-up with the airing of the series) of A Channel, a slice of life series currently on-air that is costantly gaining points thanks to its relaxing plot and high production values.
Yeah because the couple episodes were centered on very simple concepts, but in their own way they were successfull at giving the "slice of life" touch to the series. I'm talking about the Run and Tooru "fight" and about the Yuuko care for Tooru in asking everyone to remake the hot-cake right there.

The fight between Run and Tooru was greatly adapted with both parties suffering from the separation. Run ended up being more distract than ever and Tooru ended up trying to drink like an old drunkard (actually it was juice, but well...
)
The great point of this series is in how they manage to take a comical step in each and every situation (it was very funny watching Tooru being treated like a child by the whole shopping district) without it looking too forced like Lucky Star for example (with its forced comedy enforced and shouted "hey, I'm funny! Look here").

Great care is being given also at the two teachers with screen time and some info on their relationships. They are obviously the forehead lover obsessed with Run (Satou-Sensei) and the annoying female teacher that continues to harass everyone every morning with her energetic personality. (Kitou-Sensei)
From the new characters added to the recurring cast, I'm liking a lot the Yuutaka and Miho combo with all the fun they create whenever they're involved with Tooru reserved personality. Somehow they do give em off vibes of true friends!

Next episode? Well, I don't even remember the preview corner, but it really doesn't matter as we know it will just be another refreshing, somehow touching slice of life of our heroines!
See you soon,
