by feal8720. April 2011 09:23 Hello,
In the end I losed to the no-spoiler policy and I've gone reading the Fuyuki wiki and part of the first volume of the light novel of the upcoming anime series Fate/Zero to know more about it and here I am...

...a little shocked because the story is exactly what makes Gen Urobuchi famous (that is trolling and dark themes) and gives us a good chance for this series to go in the right direction (especially considering that ufotable is animating the series and they've done a great job with Kara no Kyoukai)
We all know what is the conclusion of the fourth war (as it is deeply explained in the Fate route in detail), but what I didn't know was the path to reach that conclusion that is a path of blood and traitors.

First of all, a lot different is the image of Saber, her personality is deeply different than the one when she first encounter Shiro maybe because of the contrast between her and her master as Kiritsugu was a great hell of a killer. (Also Saber in this case does not have much limitation imposed by low mana resources)
Lancer from Fate/Zero look (he looks basically the same person) and act mostly the same as Lancer of Fate Stay Night with both the great sense of honour and loyalty on their master, but this time looks like he will get some more important role in the storyline. (as he hold weapons capable of countering both Saber and Berserker (Lancelot))

On the seiyuu department we have the same seiyuu reprising the role of Saber, Kotomine and all the shared character with a interesting note on the seiyuu voicing Kiritsugu that is Rikiya Koyama...
Yes the one who voiced Kogarashi from Kamen no Maid Guy! I'm too eager to see how he will act in this series!
I am, to be honest expecting a lot from this series, let's hope it will maintain the greatness of the original light novel...
See you soon,
