Hello again everyone,
Here we are again for another rambling about the currently running light novel/manga/anime series named Gosick with our forever cute Victorica de Broix.

First of all, I've checked with some Japanese friend and after some discussion it seems that the correct name is Victorica de Broix and not Victorique de Broix, like many of us still use as name.
In both manga and light novel is specified exactly as this and my friends confirmed my suspicion.

Returning at the matter at hand, this episode is the beginning of the new arc for this anime adaptation, the first one that does not directly involve Victorika (at least for now)
I remember you that this series is slated for 24 episodes so there is still plenty of material to cover, and considering that the light novel has completed its run there are good possibilities for this anime adaptation to cover all the original material.

In this episode that looks actually even more nasty than the last one (who remember the big eyes of madmans of the last arc's character with multiple deaths one after another?) with some girl-into-box involved like Dragon Crisis, but to be honest a lot creepier.
We had some Avril time in this episode even thought not quite as I would expect especially considering she is quite more present in the manga. (And she's very cute and funny to see with her cheerful behaviour contrasted with the Victorica relatively quiet one)

The only downside at the moment in the story is that Kujo does not maintain his composure like he've done in the Queen's Berry arc. (but maybe it's normal as in this case there is no Victorica to protect)
The end part of the episode instead was focused on the sick and more cute than ever Victorica trying desperately to avoid getting a shot from a doctor. The face she made when they've managed to distract her long enough was priceless. (I would give her the golden globe of cuteness
)

Concluding, there's much to wait for the next episodes that will reveal to us the next mistery at hand (especially interesting is if they will solve the mistery without direct intervention by Victorica) and now that I've finally catched up with the manga I can easily do comparison between the two adaptations of the original work side by side.
See you soon,
