This whole episode was centered around Misaka's daily life (playing with kids and going shopping) and her discovery of the clones's existence.

Kuroko is still completely unaware of what is happening, but she's extremely suspicious about the situation. I'm sure she'll manage to find some information and help Misaka in the process.

It looks like Shinobu was a scientist that helped the creation of the sisters project and is now trying to defy that plan by clearing all the blind spots in Academy City by using cash cards.

This episode covered the first two chapters of the fourth volume of the manga and introduced the character of Shinobu Nunotaba, a student of the Nagatenjouki Academy.

She knows much about the experiments going on with Misaka's DNA and will be very important to give Misaka enough information to start pursuing the scientists responsible for this!
