After 5 months of wait (last post was dated 1 april 2012), we're finally here to talk about the last episode of the anime series Shin Megami Tensei Persona 4, included in the Blu-ray/DVD release, covering the true ending picked up from the original game.

It was a bit emotional to see all the characters I loved again (especially my lovely Chie!) after so many months, and I start to feel an urge to watch the whole series again in Blu-ray quality...

In fact, I noticed that the animation was greatly improved in the Blu-Ray release, so it may be worthy to give it another watch just to enjoy the most complete Persona 4 anime experience!

Today we'll "complete" the coverage of the fall season 2011 anime series named Shin Megami Tensei Persona 4 that with its 25th episode managed to deliver a very well-made ending.

Why "complete" you say? Well, because together with the BD in August we'll get the "true end" adapted in a special final episode. Not sure how it'll link to the actual ending that looks conclusive enough at the moment...

They also said about some special boss appearing only in NewGame+, but not having played the original game can't say much about it.

Yes, like I predicted last episode, the culprit is the "foolish" detective Adachi Tohru from the local police. He was the only recurring guy that could have become culprit after all...

We still don't know exactly why he became so evil in the first place as pretty much nothing from his backstory has been explained till this point.

Let's go talk about the 22th and 23th episode of the fall season 2011 anime series Shin Megami Tensei Persona 4 that is slowly reaching the final climax now that Yu seems to have figured out the name of the real culprit.

It was really bad for my heart all the scenes revolving around Nanako's death, but I kept strong my faith that she would survive the ordeal.

What I was not expecting is her to resurrect this soon. My prediction was to resurrect her at the very end of the story after the real culprit is defeated...

Let's go talk about the 21th episode of the anime series Shin Megami Tensei Persona 4 that finally started the final arc with Nanako being kidnapped to the tv world just as the "culprit" is revealed.

Why "culprit"? Because I don't think a character who never appeared in the series could possibly be the real final boss. It would be simply anticlimatic, so I'm expecting some other twist in the next episode just as this fake is defeated.

There are a couple of guys in my list of "maybe they're bad" characters, but at the top I have two of them. Yu's shadow and the detective comedy sidekick Adachi.
