by feal872. May 2012 18:15 Hello,
Today we'll talk about something slightly different from the usual episodic coverage. Yes, I have not been very vocal till this point, but there is some sort of tourney going on between anime blogs in which I am partecipating as well.
The tourney itself is based on a bracket system with direct elimination matches between two different blogs (with one group phase in between). It is, using the words of the organizers, "a way for people to know more blogs to follow/read and a way to get advertising for smaller blogs".
While the tourney in itself is nothing really interesting, the drama that is generating around this little competition is a bit appalling and resembling what happened two years ago when I was still, but a mere reader.

by feal8717. April 2012 20:59 Hello,
Today we'll stop the episodic coverage of the spring season 2012 (need to conclude Mirai Nikki's coverage as well...) in order to do a different post talking about a topic I thought may be of interest for all of you.
While working today, my home connection died due to an unscheduled maintenance by the provider leaving me on a crappy and unstable mobile connection (640 kbit nominal speed) from which I'm also writing this very post.
I didn't pay much care on it while working (being busy helps), but as soon as the working hours ended, the problems started just as I thought about what to do in the evening...

by feal8714. March 2012 21:15 Hello everyone,
Today we'll stop the episodic coverage of the anime series of this season in order to talk about a topic that I think may be of interest for many of you.
As usual, today I was surfing through the various blog in my aggregator in order to read my daily share of news and new reviews, when at a certain point I started focusing on the comments received by the bloggers I was reading.
The point on analyzing these comments was about trying to understand what they had in common, in order to identify better the typical commenter of an anime/figure/visual novel blog. I decided to share these findings with you.

by feal8722. February 2012 21:41 Hello,
Let's stop a bit the episodic coverage (like most wednesday) of this packed winter anime season 2011/2012 in order to talk a bit about a anime/VN related topic I thought about in these last few days.
The focus of today's talk are the characters (mostly human beings, but sometimes robots as well) who live into each of the stories portrayed in our anime/visual novels series.
More importantly, I thought about the anime and visual novel characters who I most liked in the last couple of years and I come up with an interesting "coincidence".

by feal8715. February 2012 19:21 Hello,
As usual (almost every wednesday), let's stop a bit the episodic coverage of the winter season 2011/2012 in order to talk about a topic who interest pretty much everyone who follows anime every single season week after week.
Yes, I'm talking about the routine we all pass through in the days just before the beginning of the new season in order to decide which anime to follow and which to drop as uninteresting.
As you know, in the ideal world we would have an infinite amount of time allowing us to watch every single anime every season. Unfortunately for the most various reasons (work, school, etc..) we are bound to decide what to follow and what to drop.
