by feal8712. May 2012 23:00 Hello,
Today we'll talk about the 6th episode of Fate Zero's second anime season that finally completes Kiritsugu's backstory and is now ready to go back to the fourth war final days.
I have to say that I did like Natalia's personality and her role as a "foster mother" for Kiritsugu. She had big influence in making the Kiritsugu of the fourth war, even if to be honest I don't think she wanted him to become such a "emotionless killing machine".
It was heart strucking watching her having a final talk with her child Kiritsugu, but I think that it was a lot less dramatic compared to Shirley's gruesome death. I had to watch a couple of funny anime episodes soon after in order to recover from that episode...

by feal875. May 2012 23:03 Hello,
Today we'll talk of the 18th episode (fifth of the second season) of the anime series Fate Zero that started to shed light over the past of Kiritsugu, the main character of the story.
It was really sad to see the sufferance he had to go through in his childhood and I can sort of understand why he became the killer machine he is now.
The only unclear point in the story till this point is how he gained the time-controlling powers. He wasn't being trained by his father judging from this episode...

by feal8728. April 2012 23:51 Hello,
Today we'll talk about the 17th episode (fourth of the second season) of the anime series Fate Zero that delivers the big twist that we were all expecting since the beginning of this show.
Yes, Kirei Kotomine decide to betray Tokiomi Tohsaka and kills him from behind using his partying gift. Now we are down to 4 masters with 4 servants still alive and Kariya/Berserker are likely the next one to go...
I understand that Kirei have no chance to defeat Tokiomi in a fair fight (especially as Tokiomi could have used a command spell to use Gilgamesh...), but I still can't condone killing him in that way.

by feal8721. April 2012 21:47 Hello,
Today we'll talk about the 16th episode of the extremely popular anime series Fate Zero that continues to surprise me by delivering solid high quality animation in this second season. (compared to the problematic first season)
I was expecting a bad ending for Lancer, but I wasn't expecting it to be THIS BAD. I mean, he just retraced the same pathetic death of Lancer in Fate Stay Night UBW route without the awesomeness of saving Rin...
I also felt a bit bad for Archibald and Sola Ui death. They were completely crazy indeed, but nobody need to suffer and die in that way regardless of the reason.

by feal8714. April 2012 22:50 Hello,
Today we'll talk about the 15th episode (2nd of the second season) of the anime series airing in this packed spring season 2012 named Fate Zero that manages to deliver a solid action episode with, finally, some plot development.
Yes, Caster is finally killed off removing from the battlefield the most unreasonable between the master/servant pairs. It was, just as expected, Saber's Excalibur to kill him off.
I wonder how the story could have changed if Caster did try a secretive way to win the war instead of going into tentacles mode in the middle of the city...
